You’ve got experience in medical device sales under your belt and you’re comfortable in theatres, speaking to clinicians, and navigating both NHS and private hospitals. You understand GI and endoscopy, and you’re keen to build on that foundation. What you want now is a role that helps you grow, not one that keeps you in the background.

You might be feeling ready for more responsibility and clearer progression. You’re looking for strong training, the opportunity to make an impact, and exposure that helps you build confidence and credibility in clinical environments.

This Territory Manager role gives you that step forward. You’ll work with a growing endoscopy portfolio, focusing on increasing market share and revenue across the UK, with clear KPIs to measure your success. With a supportive culture and real development opportunities, it’s a role designed for someone who’s serious about building a long-term career in medical device sales.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Meeting expectations is not enough; our client are set on exceeding the standards expected of a medical technology company. With an excellent portfolio of anaesthesia, endoscopy, and patient monitoring solutions, they have been delivering profound care through their innovative products for nearly 90 years. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with a profound history and an excellent future.

With a culture designed for collaborative working and the opportunity to control your growth and impact, this environment suits those highly motivated people that want to work alongside a great, experienced team. And their benefits package is designed to support this even further with flexible working options and opportunities to purchase shares in the company.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be responsible for selling and embedding the use of Gastrointestinal product portfolio within acute and non-acute clinical settings. An average day may look like:
