What you’ll do 

You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that fit their needs perfectly. You’ll run discovery calls, deliver platform demos, and design proof-of-value projects that showcase the software’s impact. 

By consulting with clients, you’ll uncover their pain points and map out how the platform can be adapted to solve them. You’ll also create collateral like demos and case studies to support these conversations. 

An average week might include:
 

• Supporting the sales team with customer meetings 
• Translating customer needs into technical solutions 
• Designing and scoping proof-of-value concepts 
• Creating reusable collateral for use in customer conversations 
• Passing on feedback to the product management team 
• Leading on creating new use-cases and assessing product-solution fit 

They're looking for someone who...
 

• Has least 7 years' experience in solution engineering for asset management / relevant software 
• Is able to coordinate proof-of-value initiatives 
• Is great at digging into customer needs and translating that into bespoke solutions 
• Understands asset intensive industries (O&G, Chemicals) 
• Can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, customer-facing content
