What will your day to day look like? 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be contributing to market growth by identifying and connecting with potential customers across the construction industry. An average day may look like: 

  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers though LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach 

  • Analysing customer needs and construction workflows  

  • Scheduling product demos for the sales and field engineering teams  

  • Educating customers on how the tech can improve construction layout accuracy 

  • Maintaining accurate lead data  

  • Tracking outreach efforts  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience 

  • Have ideally worked in the construction sector before 

  • Are familiar with Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRM tools and sales automation platforms 

  • Have experience with lead generation 

  • Are comfortable with cold calling and other forms of outreach  

  • Are confident on the phone and skilled and crafting compelling outreach emails
