Looking for your next medical device sales role at an employer where you can really grow your career and develop professionally? Our client is looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their team and cover their South Central territory.

A bit about the company and what they can offer you
We've partnered with a digital solution provider that is looking for energised people to help them tackle the ever-changing demands of the healthcare environment. Their strong heritage - and hefty 65% market share - makes them an exciting place to continue your career in the acute care setting.

People are at the heart of their business too, and they encourage everyone to bring their true selves to work by having an open and inclusive culture. By joining them you’ll also get access to a great benefits package (including a solid bonus scheme to reward your efforts) and plenty of options for supported professional development.

What you’ll be doing
This is a sales role so, naturally, you’ll be tasked with growing sales in your territory. Your relationship building skills are at the heart of this role, and you’ll be the regular point of contact for your customers.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Building relationships with different customer types, including in NHS and private healthcare settings
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Prospecting and finding new customers
  • Handling accounts renewals
  • Advising customers on how to get the most out of the products
  • Producing sales forecasts for the territory

A bit about you
Ideally you’ll have medical device sales experience from a previous role, with knowledge of patient monitoring or integrated systems too.

A few other key skills we’re looking for:
  • Great at lead generation (in new and existing accounts)
  • Able to manage a number of different accounts
  • Experience with the NHS and private healthcare environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to sell in a consultative way
  • Used to updating CRM databases
  • Able to travel across the territory
