What will your day to day look like?
This is a true leadership position. You will be leading a team of excellent sales professionals who need guidance in this transformation of the sales function. Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
• Taking ownership of a mature revenue engine, setting new standards and operating rhythms that boost revenue further
• Leading proactive sales, building new GTM strategies, and engaging with C-level executives
• Generating your own demand for the software offerings, including increasing deal size and executing land-and-expand approaches
• Coaching a seasoned sales team to improve performance and drive change
This is not a caretaker position. This is a role that is central to the future plans of the company, and it’s a role that needs a strong leader to lead from the front.
This role will suit you if you…
• Have proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales organisations
• Are confident leading large, mature teams with a mix of strong personalities
• Can showcase credibility with C-suite executives, both internal and external
• Are experienced in coaching salespeople to reach their potential, as well as managing expected attrition
• Have experience within asset-heavy sectors
• Are fluent in Dutch
