What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to support the Business Development Manager across the North Thames region, helping grow sales, build customer relationships, and develop your knowledge of the orthopaedic product portfolio.

•    Support sales activity across selected accounts to help achieve territory targets
•    Build and develop relationships with key hospital stakeholders
•    Manage and promote the product portfolio in theatre and sales environments
•    Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries, making sure a high level of service is delivered
•    Deliver clinical product knowledge through training and theatre support for theatre staff and surgeons
•    Support educational events while developing your knowledge of product literature and clinical data
•    Provide weekly and monthly updates on account activity, competitor activity, and territory progress
•    Manage consignment stock, loan bookings, expenses, and compliance requirements in line with company processes

This role will suit you if you…
•    Have a degree or relevant healthcare, science, or commercial background
•    Have some sales experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or a clinical environment
•    Are confident building relationships with hospital stakeholders, theatre teams, and surgeons
•    Are a strong communicator who enjoys learning technical and clinical product information
•    Are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing follow-up across multiple accounts
•    Are commercially driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
•    Are comfortable providing support in theatre environments
•    Have a full driving licence and are happy with regular travel across the North Thames region
