What will your day to day look like? 
You’ll be responsible for supporting the growth and development of the customer base, focused on digital solutions. But how does that play out on a day-to-day basis? An average day may look like: 

  • Identifying and managing up sell and cross selling opportunities  

  • Managing contract renewals  

  • Networking within existing accounts and referrals to expand reach  

  • Coordinating company wide resources to drive technical engagement   

  • Creating professional business proposals  

  • Negotiating complex sales agreements  

Success in this role looks like smashing KPI’s and using your years of sales experience to drive business and market share growth  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Executive/ Manager, Customer Success Manager or Project Manager 

  • Can speak fluent English 

  • Understand the cosmetics, beauty and/or life science industries 

  • Are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at all levels  

  • Have experience with traceability and /or brand protection technology  

  • Are open to travelling 50% of the time
