Graduate Medical Sales - South East London
UK South
You’re looking for a proper way into clinical sales, learning from experienced specialists and building the confidence to handle cases yourself. You’ve got the drive, communication skills, and competitive edge. Now you want the structure to turn that into a long-term career.
This Graduate Medical Sales role gives you exactly that. It’s built for someone who wants a clear route into medical device sales and the opportunity to keep progressing from there.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a market leader in the healthcare industry, advancing surgical outcomes and improving the lives of patients. This role specifically supports the endoscopic division, contributing to their sales function.
You will have a clear pathway, strong mentoring, and the chance to develop around innovative endoscopy technology rather than figuring things out as you go. You’ll have access to a wide range of benefits too, including flexible work arrangements, career development programmes, compensation packages and health and fitness resources.
This is one of the best training opportunities we’ve seen for graduates looking to get into medical sales. From fully guided skills development that builds over time, to mentoring from more senior members of the team, you’ll be totally supported as you build to an Associate position.
What will your day to day look like
Your day-to-day will evolve and develop in complexity over an initial 12-month training programme providing development to work at an Associate level after this. Here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with regional logistics required by the team
- Training customers on their equipment
- Supporting demonstrations of products in a clinical setting
- Feeding back on competitor activity, customer responses, and market intelligence
- Maintaining and updating accurate records
- Taking ownership for the end-to-end sales process
This role will suit you if you…
- Are educated to degree level in biomedical science or an aligned subject
- Understand human anatomy and physiology
- Have experience of success in a team environment that’s transferable to sales
- Know how to deal with customers in a sales or service-based role
- Are great at keeping organised
- Can handle high pressure situations effectively
- Are able to travel across your territory (driving license is a must!)
