Director of Implementation

What you’ll be doing
In this position, you will be responsible for streamlining the implementation process, coaching the team and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction that leads to expansion. You will enforce top-class practices to ensure the highest quality outputs and conduct regular audits to identify and address issues.  

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

• Building strong, loyal relationships with customers  
• Ensuring customers are achieving business outcomes, ROI and value  
• Evaluating risk for each customer and drive retention   
• Supporting a strategy to expand usage within the organisation  
• Working with the account team on customer expansion and renewals  
   

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in the US (with 10% travel as needed) 

You’ll have 6+ years of experience in the construction industry or construction SaaS and 6+ years as a successful scheduler or project controls professional. Both of which will contribute to you having the sufficient qualifications to thrive within this role.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field 
• High level of communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in changing situations and times of uncertainty
• Interest in learning about technology
• Exceptional prioritisation skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships  
• Experience in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
