What will your day to day look like? 

You'll be responsible for supporting customer deployments of software in on-premise environments. An average day may look like: 

  • Supporting the configuration of Windows Server and IIS  

  • Assisting with SQL Server setup, connectivity, permissions and validation  

  • Coordinating with customer IT teams on firewall rules, ports, certificates and service accounts  

  • Following deployment checklists  

  • Collecting logs and system information  

  • Performing first level investigation of installation and environment issues 

  • Escalating complex infrastructure or network issues 

  • Participating in customer calls alongside senior engineers  

  • Improving installation guides and troubleshooting workflows  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in IT support (Tier 2) or MSP 

  • Understand SQL Servers, networking fundamentals and window server environments 

  • Can follow structured technical procedures  

  • Are familiar with logs, services and system diagnostics 

  • Understand on-premise vs cloud concepts  

  • Have experience with VPNs or security tooling  

  • Understand SQL queries
