As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth across your region, developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to dental professionals. What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to grow sales across your territory by building strong customer relationships, developing distribution partners, and increasing engagement with key dental products and services. As well as:

Maintaining, developing, and growing sales of focus products in line with the company strategy

Building strong relationships with distribution partners and their sales teams

Supporting distributor sales teams with product knowledge, service information, and incentive awareness

Attending and networking at educational events to showcase products and generate sales opportunities

Managing and developing your territory in line with wider business goals

Engaging with new customers, identifying opportunities, and capturing relevant customer information

Reviewing sales results and using territory insight to guide activity

This role will suit you if you…

Have experience in a dental clinical role

Have sales experience, ideally within dental, healthcare, or medical products

Can build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales teams

Are confident presenting to customers one-to-one and in group settings

Can analyse sales results and use data to guide your territory activity

Are computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Are proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable managing your own territory
