As Demand Generation Director, you'll play a central role in driving growth across the Nordics, building and executing the strategies that generate pipeline and support regional revenue targets. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll work across marketing, sales, and leadership to create a demand engine that delivers measurable results. What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to lead demand generation across Northern Europe, driving revenue-contributing pipeline and aligning regional marketing activity with commercial priorities. As well as:

Owning the regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets

Leading marketing and business development teams across net new, install base, channel, and ABM motions

Partnering closely with regional MDs, Commercial Directors, Heads of Sales, and CRO leadership

Co-defining quarterly territory plans with sales leadership

Overseeing regional events, partner marketing programmes, ABM activity, AI-led campaigns, and integrated demand generation

Managing the regional marketing budget with full accountability for ROI and performance

Tracking and presenting marketing impact across pipeline generation, influenced revenue, campaign efficiency, and sales alignment

This role will suit you if you…

Have 10+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation or field marketing

Have worked within enterprise software, SaaS, or complex B2B technology environments

Can demonstrate strong pipeline growth across multiple European markets

Understand net new acquisition, install base marketing, ABM, and integrated campaign planning

Have experience operating across Northern Europe

Are confident partnering with senior sales and commercial leaders

Are highly data-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable presenting ROI

Have experience in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, transport, construction, engineering, or telecommunications
