Territory Manager - South West
UK South
You know how much easier it is to grow a territory when customers trust you and the business behind you. You’ve already built experience in medical device sales, and now you want more ownership of your region and the freedom to develop relationships properly.
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take responsibility for growing revenue across your area, building on existing accounts while creating new opportunities. You’ll be expected to stay close to customers, understand what they need, and make sure the relationships you build turn into sustainable commercial growth.
If you’re self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy making things happen, this is a chance to take real ownership of a territory and see the impact of your work directly in the numbers.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
From their products to their approach to hiring, this company put people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.
And as for working there?
Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.
Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills, through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll manage and grow an established medical sales territory across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, supporting an endosurgical product portfolio. Working closely with consultants and theatre teams, you’ll strengthen existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities through a clinical, in-theatre sales approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing territory sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts, consultants and theatre staff.
- Delivering product demonstrations and supporting customers in the theatre environment.
- Identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and grow the territory.
- Attending local and national exhibitions, meetings and workshops.
- Helping develop clinical reference centres for the product portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM.
- Monitoring market trends and developments across your territory.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have a successful track record in medical sales within an established territory.
- Have experience selling to consultants and theatre staff.
- Are confident building customer relationships and communicating the clinical value of products.
- Enjoy developing existing accounts alongside pursuing new business.
- Work independently, using your initiative to organise activity and identify opportunities.
- Bring a resilient, enthusiastic and commercially focused approach.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable travelling across the territory and attending national events.
