What if your next sales role gave you the opportunity to grow a specialist neurosurgery portfolio, build trusted relationships with surgeons and take real ownership of your territory?

We’re working with an established medical technology business looking for a Sales Specialist to develop its neurosurgery accounts and introduce new products to clinical teams.

You’ll combine commercial drive with technical expertise, working closely with consultant neurosurgeons to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of your portfolio. From winning new business to developing existing accounts, you’ll shape your approach and see the results through lasting customer relationships and territory growth.

If you know the theatre environment, enjoy getting to grips with specialist products and have experience selling into neurosurgery, this could be your next move. You’ll join a business that invests in its people, with personalised development and support to help you build your career.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
From their products to their approach to hiring, this company put people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.

And as for working there?

Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.

Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills, through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!
