What will your day to day look like?
You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of software components within integrated operating theatre solutions. An average day may look like:

Managing software integration projects across multiple sites

Maintaining RAID logs and ensure proactive risk mitigation

Translating surgical workflows into software requirements

Coordinating interface specifications
-
Ensuring compatibility with hospital IT systems and cybersecurity frameworks

Acting as the primary liaison for theatre managers, surgeons, IT, biomed teams and third-party vendors

Ensuring platform deployments meet clinical and technical requirements

Attending industry events and training sessions

Leading post go live support
This role will suit you if you…
-
Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
-
Have 3+ years in software project management in a healthcare or Medtech setting
-
Understand healthcare technologies and surgical integration
-
Can travel to hospital sites when required
-
Understand HL7/FHIR/DICOM, hospital IT environments, and cybersecurity
-
Are familiar with networking concepts VLANs, QoS, multicast streaming for video
-
Have experience with API testing tools Postman, HL7 viewers, and interface simulators.

Understand SDLC and validation processes for regulated environments
-
Are aware of cybersecurity principles: NHS DSPT, ISO 27001, zero-trust frameworks.

Can interpret IEC 62304 and IEC 80001 compliance requirements.
