What will your day to day look like? 

You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of software components within integrated operating theatre solutions. An average day may look like: 

• Managing software integration projects across multiple sites 

• Maintaining RAID logs and ensure proactive risk mitigation 

• Translating surgical workflows into software requirements  

• Coordinating interface specifications  

• Ensuring compatibility with hospital IT systems and cybersecurity frameworks 

• Acting as the primary liaison for theatre managers, surgeons, IT, biomed teams and third-party vendors  

• Ensuring platform deployments meet clinical and technical requirements 

• Attending industry events and training sessions  

• Leading post go live support  

This role will suit you if you… 

• Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields  

• Have 3+ years in software project management in a healthcare or Medtech setting 

• Understand healthcare technologies and surgical integration  

• Can travel to hospital sites when required 

• Understand HL7/FHIR/DICOM, hospital IT environments, and cybersecurity 

• Are familiar with networking concepts VLANs, QoS, multicast streaming for video 

• Have experience with API testing tools Postman, HL7 viewers, and interface simulators. 

• Understand SDLC and validation processes for regulated environments 

• Are aware of cybersecurity principles: NHS DSPT, ISO 27001, zero-trust frameworks. 

• Can interpret IEC 62304 and IEC 80001 compliance requirements.
