Clinical Specialist Ventilation - Norfolk
UK East
In this Clinical Specialist Ventilation role, you’ll support and train clinical teams, troubleshoot equipment, and help deliver strong NIV services against clear KPIs. It’s a role built for someone who wants meaningful clinical impact and a clear path forward.
Who’s it for?
This client is all about improving the quality of patients’ lives through respiratory and sleep-breathing tech.
Working here brings with it a whole host of benefits. From the big things like enhanced parental leave and a generous 33-days annual leave, to the smaller-but-still-important-stuff like subsidised gym memberships and employee discounts, they’ve got you covered.
Plus, if you want to develop, this is the place to be. Their culture is based around helping people to thrive and grow in a role, so if you’re wanting to build for the future, they make a great choice.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be responsible for delivering specialist support within NHS sleep and ventilation clinics. Acting as a bridge between clinical settings and home-based care. An average day may look like:
-
Assisting consultants with the set-up and management of NIV and complex CPAP caseloads
-

-
Delivering refresher training to patients and customers
-
Conducting reviews for patients, focusing on treatment optimisation
-

-
Documenting all aspects of work on patient care
-
Providing occasional, high level home-based clinical support for complex NIV patients
This role will suit you if you…
-
Have 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, AHP or Healthcare Scientist within NIV and Respiratory services
-
Can work autonomously
-
Can set up, train and monitor patients on NIV devices
-
