The company
Our client is an acknowledged track and trace software business offering packaging, coding, authentication, and traceability solutions to combat counterfeiting and meet regulatory compliance. They work across a number of industries, such as Manufacturing, Food & Beverage but largely, their client base is made up of Pharmaceutical businesses. 

The role
As a Business Development Representative, your focus will be tailored towards the qualification of inbound leads and outbound lead generation to stimulate the growth in sales of the company’s product portfolio. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Schedule discovery calls with key prospects to qualify new business prospects 
  • Add value through research-driven outbound lead generation 
  • Manage and optimize the pipeline and tasks and provide feedback to improve processes 
  • Act as a first-team contributor who can be dependable, quickly adapt and fully understands the sales process

  • Team player who can collaborate effectively  
  • Ability to win the support of key decision-makers  
  • Sufficient technical skills and acumen  
  • Fluent in German and English
