What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be the interface between our client and their network of partners who are focused on environmental research projects. From providing advice, to being the first port of call for accounts, to processing new orders, everything you do is about providing the best in customer service, A typical day might look like:
 
  • Supporting a network partner with an enquiry, a quotation, or something else!
  • Providing technical and commercial advice to customers
  • Responding to any queries from partners
  • Helping to process standard and bespoke orders
  • Monitoring and reviewing partner performance
  • Conducting due diligence for new partners
  • Onboarding new partners into the ecosystem
  • Providing market insight to support marketing initiatives


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have experience in channel/partner management or technical sales/BD
  • Think strategically about how you approach your work
  • Know how to put customer needs first
  • Understand the scientific or environmental tech markets
  • Can travel across the EMEA region (up to 25% of the time)
