What you’ll be doing
This is a technical sales position responsible for conceptualising and designing robust and scalable solutions that align with the client’s strategy and support their long-term growth goals. You’ll work with the Account Manager/ Key Account Manager to support direct and partner sales opportunities, giving technical input and providing appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Promoting solution adoption during the sales cycle
 - Participating in the full sales cycle for key direct and partner sales
 - Delivering innovative solutions for clients
 - Serving as the lead on documenting requirements
 - Proposing high-level architecture solutions to meet customer requirements
 - Handing over solution proposals and design for implementation
 
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Europe and are happy to travel around 20%, domestically and internationally. You’ll have 5 + years of practical Engineering experience.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Knowledge of packaging industry automation products
 - Ideally experience in Track & Trace and Pharma environments
 - Experience converting client requirements into architecture and design
 - Strong technical background in automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, and IT
 - Familiarity with PC-based hardware, control & communication interfacing
 - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal communication skills
 - Fluency in English, German, and ideally French
 - Analytical and problem-solving skills
