What will your day to day look like? 

This role is all about being a trusted advisor to customers. You’ll use your scientific knowledge and commercial know-how to build strategic relationships with universities, research institutions, and more. A typical day might look like: 
 
  • Building relationships with key customers 
  • Advising customers on the products 
  • Spotting new business opportunities and pursuing them 
  • Staying ahead of trends in environmental research and sustainability 
  • Tracking performance to support company growth 
  • Going to conferences and meetings 

Success in this role looks like happy customers, engaged accounts, and coverage and revenue growth for your region. 

 
This role will suit you if you… 
 
  • Have a background in sales or account management 
  • Really understand the environmental research sector 
  • Know how to advise universities and institutions on technical concepts 
  • Can explain complex scientific concepts clearly 
  • Are fluent in German and English 
  • Are happy to travel across Europe up to 20% of the time
