This VP Sales opportunity sits at the centre of growth across the UK, Ireland, and Europe for a globally trusted safety intelligence platform in construction. Reporting into the Chief Sales Officer, you’ll take responsibility for leading the regional sales organisation, building the strategy, and creating the commercial engine needed for the next stage of scale. What will your day to day look like?
  • You’ll be leading the revenue growth strategy, owning regional sales performance, strategic account expansion, and developing the go-to-market strategy. Your day to day could include:
  • Building a strategy to bring in new business aligned with the company’s key objectives
  • Leading the UKIE sales function, fostering a culture of high-performance and ownership
  • Partnering cross-functionally with other internal teams to drive predictable pipeline
  • Producing accurate sales forecasting and using the findings to guide your teams approach
  • Working alongside the Chief Sales Officer to define and execute the UKIE sales strategy
  • Ensuring effective CRM usage and highly accurate data
This is a dynamic role, so the role and responsibilities are likely to evolve as you also evolve with the business.


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have at least 10+ years’ experience leading enterprise / mid-market software sales teams
  • Are experienced within the construction industry or an adjacent industry
  • Have a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver against sales targets
  • Are a strong leader, with excellent organisational and team development capability
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Can work effectively across functions whilst managing competing priorities
