What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering a comprehensive sales strategy across industrial, commercial, and residential markets. An average day may look like:

Researching the region’s go to market across industrial channels

Leading and developing a dispersed sales team

Forecasting and managing sales pipelines

Expanding into new geographies to obtain growth

Building and managing executive level relationships
This role will suit you if you…

Have 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience

Can win complex projects and manage long sale cycles

Understand CRM platforms and data driven sales management

Are willing to travel up to 70% across the region

Have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field preferred

Can lead multi-channel and cross-regional teams

Are fluent in pipeline math, price/mix and margin expansion
