What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to lead the EMEA revenue strategy for a £50m region, managing a commercial organisation of around 50 people and driving predictable, scalable growth.
  • Own regional revenue performance, bookings growth, and commercial strategy
  • Lead and develop a senior revenue team across sales, presales, enablement, and related functions
  • Build stronger forecasting, reporting, and revenue operating rhythms
  • Identify growth opportunities across new business, expansion, retention, partnerships, and key accounts
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional priorities and investment decisions
  • Improve alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, presales, and revenue operations
  • Support commercial integration and growth opportunities linked to acquisitions

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have senior revenue or commercial leadership experience within B2B SaaS
  • Have managed sizeable commercial teams, ideally around 50 people or more
  • Have owned regional revenue responsibility of around £50m or similar scale
  • Can build predictable revenue processes, forecasting discipline, and scalable GTM models
  • Are confident leading through senior sales leaders rather than only managing directly
  • Have strong experience across new business, expansion, retention, and customer growth
  • Can influence at executive and board level in a matrixed environment
  • Have experience in enterprise SaaS, regulated markets, GRC, compliance, or adjacent software sectors
