Territory Sales Manager - Neurovascular
UK South
You enjoy medical device sales because of the clinical side as much as the commercial challenge. Getting to know your customers, understanding the procedures they perform, and building the technical knowledge to become someone they trust. Now you're looking for the chance to work with innovative neurovascular technology and develop your expertise in a specialist market.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of key accounts across your region, working closely with clinicians to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth. You'll combine your medical sales experience with a technical, consultative approach, building strong relationships while delivering against sales targets and KPIs.
If you're personable, commercially driven, and enjoy getting into the detail of the products you sell, this could be a great next move. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of neurovascular procedures, strengthen your clinical relationships, and make a visible impact on the growth of your territory.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Do you care about the patient experience? So does our client - it's clear in their ethos, as well as the Companies that Care award they've recently received. Though blue-chip in size, they were founded on a need for medical technology that puts the patient first, and they haven't looked back since. As part of their team, you'll be making a difference across the surgical, orthopaedic and sports medicine fields. You'll be supported with fantastic salary and bonus prospects as well as car allowance and development opportunities.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll grow sales of a specialist neurovascular portfolio across London, combining commercial ownership with practical clinical support. Working closely with clinicians and hospital teams, you’ll help introduce devices used in minimally invasive neurovascular procedures, supporting their safe and effective use.
- Develop and deliver territory plans to achieve annual sales targets across flow diverter, intrasaccular device and coil portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, clinical champions, stroke network leads and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide clinical support during live procedures, assisting with device setup, product use and operator training.
- Develop detailed knowledge of anatomy, imaging, treatment pathways and the practical application of your products.
- Design and deliver education programmes, workshops and simulation training for hospital teams.
- Support product evaluations, trials and new device introductions within your accounts.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and clinical education colleagues to identify opportunities and grow key accounts.
- Share clinical and commercial insights to help customers improve workflows, patient pathways and hospital efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activity, clinical evidence and changing customer needs to inform account plans.
- Ensure all sales, training and clinical support activities meet relevant regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have experience in medical sales, with a proactive approach to developing accounts and winning business.
- Ideally bring experience in neurovascular, stroke or other interventional markets, although this isn’t essential.
