What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll get plenty of face-to-face time with clinicians and surgeons in this role, as you’re tasked with building strong relationships with stakeholders in your region. You’ll be a product expert who passes your knowledge to customers so they can get the best out of the products they’re buying. An average week might include:   

  • Demonstrating the products to surgeons, practice staff and nurses. 

  • Attending conferences for surgeons to gain market insight 

  • Creating business development plans  

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders  

You’ll be working closely with the customer service team in this role to achieve your goal of overachieving on targets and helping your region to grow.    

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have a degree 

  • Are approachable and enthusiastic  

  • Have surgical sales experience  

  • Are comfortable being in an operating theatre  

  • Can building professional relationships  

  • Are flexible to travel to other regions if needed
