You know wound care is never just about the product. It’s about helping clinicians find better ways to support patients, while building a territory that performs consistently.

As Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales growth across your region, developing strong customer relationships and creating new opportunities. Medical sales experience isn’t essential. What matters is that you’re driven, determined, and willing to put in the work to become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals.

You’ll join a business that gives you the support and progression to build something long term, with a 25% bonus for delivering results. For an experienced salesperson who wants meaningful work, realistic expectations, and the chance to shape a high-performing territory, this could be a great next step.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Gold standard healthcare products shouldn’t cost the world, especially in the current cost-conscious marketplace. Our client holds that belief at the heart of their operations as they aim to innovate established medical devices and make them more cost effective.

Starting as a family-run business, they have grown to be a real force in the Medical Technology market whilst maintaining those family values. They have grown from strength to strength over recent years, and they are in a string position to continue this growth once again as they expand the reach of their impressive portfolio across the UK (and beyond!)

What will your day to day look like?
This is a classic sales position; you will be responsible for growing the sales of a wound care portfolio across your territory. Average daily tasks could include:
•    Achieving (and exceeding) agreed sales targets in line with the company’s strategic plan
•    Maintaining an excellent CRM system, keeping it up-to-date and adding any new contacts
•    Managing your own learning around the product portfolio, ensuring your knowledge meets the expectations from the market
•    Leading sales presentations in front of small-medium sized groups, capturing the attention of the audience with ease
•    Following up with customers after interactions, maintaining contact at appropriate intervals so you and the brand remain top-of-mind

This role will suit you if you…
•    Have a few years of successful sales experience in any industry
•    Are a strong-willed salesperson with the drive to succeed and overachieve where possible
•    Are a strong communicator, being able to capture attention in both one-on-one settings and larger presentations
•    Have good analytical skills, being able to identify problems and create solutions
•    Have experience in maintaining a healthy CRM database
