Territory Manager Project
UK Wide
Take control of your earnings and career progression with a high-impact sales territory and great earning potential. You’ll get a company car, all travel expenses covered, and the freedom to shape your own schedule. This means more time doing what you do best - building relationships, supporting clinical teams, and driving sales - without being tied to a desk.
What’s more, you’ll work directly with clinical stakeholders, seeing firsthand how your products improve patient outcomes. It’s a chance to build deep expertise in gynaecology while making a real impact.
Who’s it for?
You'll be joining a passionate, energetic team that values initiative, autonomy, and relationship-building. With a strong presence in theatres across the UK and a stellar product portfolio spanning urology, gynaecology, laparoscopic, and cardiovascular surgery, it’s an exciting time to get involved.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be driving sales growth across your territory, working closely with clinical teams to provide product demonstrations, case coverage, and technical support. This hands-on approach will help you build a strong reputation and open doors to new business opportunities.
An average week might include:
- Spotting new opportunities and turning them into long-term wins
- Providing clinical support in the OR for surgical devices
- Delivering engaging product demos
- Managing key accounts and delivering on sales targets
- Being your customer’s trusted go-to for all things tech, clinical, and commercial
This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 3 years' experience in surgical sales
- Understand gynaecology and associated products
- Are an excellent relationship-builder
- Are confident and comfortable in hospital and theatre settings
- Can travel regularly across your territory to client sites and events
