As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales across your region, building relationships with critical care and A&E teams while identifying opportunities to grow the business. You’ll combine your clinical understanding with a proactive sales approach, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

If you’ve worked in critical care nursing or sold into the sector before, this is a chance to put that experience to good use. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your territory, strengthen clinical partnerships, and see your efforts translate directly into commercial growth.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll grow sales across your territory, building strong customer relationships and supporting clinical teams with critical care products.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing new business and growing existing NHS, private and community healthcare accounts
  • Building relationships with clinical teams, procurement and technical stakeholders
  • Creating proposals that demonstrate the clinical and commercial benefits of the products
  • Supporting product training and helping customers use devices safely and effectively
  • Using sales data to identify opportunities, protect existing business and achieve targets
  • Keeping account records, pricing and sales reports up to date


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have substantial medical device sales experience, including airway management and/or pressure monitoring.
  • Understand the UK critical care market and the needs of clinical and procurement teams.
  • Have a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and clinical issues relating to surgery and anaesthesia.
  • Can demonstrate success in sales and building long-term customer partnerships.
  • Confidently explain technical information and translate product features into clear customer benefits.
  • Have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Are comfortable analysing sales data and using it to prioritise accounts and opportunities.
  • Are organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities independently while working closely with a wider team.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Hold a valid driving licence and are comfortable with frequent travel in a field-based role.
