You know hospital sales. You’re confident with clinicians, you build trust quickly, and you’ve got a few solid years in medical devices behind you. You hit target, you run your patch properly, and you’re ready for more than just maintaining accounts.

What you want now is progression. Real autonomy in your territory. The chance to grow accounts in a way that feels meaningful, not transactional. You’re motivated by impact and by seeing your performance translate into genuine career momentum.

This Territory Manager role gives you that next step. You’ll join a scaling medical devices manufacturer, own your region, and be rewarded for hitting your numbers. With clear progression and a strong overall package behind you, it’s the ideal role for someone ready to make an impact on patients and their own career.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

When we say global with this client, we mean global. Their non-invasive patient monitoring tech and digital health tools are used by healthcare pros around the world. They’re all about making a difference. And that isn’t just for the end-users of their products, it’s for their people too.

As a reward for your hard work you’ll get access to a solid range of benefits, including things like:

  • Access to some wheels (via a car allowance)
  • A competitive bonus scheme
  • Medical coverage
  • Annual leave that increases the longer you work there
  • A generous pension scheme
  • Access to an EAP (including counselling and mental wellbeing support)
  • Discounts on shopping and experiences

And with employee reviews that boast great potential for growing your career, it’s a perfect place to join and really develop your skills.

What will your day to day look like?

This is a sales role with relationships at its heart. You’ll meet with clinical stakeholders in hospital and other healthcare environments with the goal of selling your product portfolio. An average week might include:

  • Executing sales strategies to expand product usage
  • Building relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Demonstrating the product portfolio to prospective customers
  • Participating in hospital bid tenders
  • Providing regular sales forecasts

Success in this role looks like achieving the sales target for your region.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have worked in medical device sales for 3+ years
  • Have previously sold disposables and capital equipment
  • Know how to sell into hospital-based environments
  • Love to sell in a value-based, consultative way
  • Are comfortable with travel across your territory
