Territory Manager
UK East
You enjoy building territories properly. Growing relationships, staying close to clinicians, and becoming the person customers trust when it matters. You’ve already built experience in medical devices, ideally in cardiovascular or endovascular environments, and you’re comfortable working independently while keeping customer outcomes front of mind.
What matters now is ownership and momentum. A territory you can genuinely influence, products clinicians believe in, and the autonomy to grow accounts without being buried in admin or fighting against imbalance. You want to see the impact of your work reflected in territory growth and long-term relationships.
In this Territory Manager role, you’ll take responsibility for growing revenue across your region while building strong clinical partnerships and customer trust.
Reporting into a Regional Business Manager, you’ll join during a period of growth with the chance to build your profile, strengthen your expertise, and continue progressing your career in medtech.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client develops life-changing medical technology that helps doctors treat heart and blood vessel conditions, giving millions of people access to better care and better outcomes. If you want to contribute to a better world through cutting-edge medical technology that saves lives, then this could be the perfect place for you.
You get out what you put in too. Culturally, they embrace you for who you are, your unique perspective, and what you bring to the table, empowering you to do your best work and make an impact. You'll be recognised for your contributions, and your successes - big and small - celebrated. You'll also get access to a solid benefits package that includes a competitive bonus scheme, healthcare coverage, savings plans, generous PTO, and more.
