As Territory Manager, you’ll take responsibility for growing sales across your region, using your surgical experience to build credibility with customers and uncover new opportunities. You’ll stay close to your accounts, understand what matters to them, and take an entrepreneurial approach to developing the territory year on year.

You’ll drive sales growth across Kent and East Sussex, combining territory management with hands-on clinical support for a surgical device portfolio. Working with NHS and private hospitals, you’ll build customer relationships and help surgical teams adopt technologies that support patient care.
You will also be:
- Developing territory and account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Providing in-theatre product support to surgeons and operating theatre teams.
- Delivering product demonstrations, training and education to healthcare professionals.
- Building relationships with clinical decision-makers, procurement teams and hospital management.
- Supporting purchasing decisions through a consultative approach that addresses clinical and commercial needs.
- Monitoring market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline reports and forecasts.
- Attending surgical meetings, workshops, exhibitions and clinical education events.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have a successful background in medical device sales, with experience growing a territory and achieving targets.
- Bring significant operating theatre experience, ideally within general surgery, gynaecology or urology.
- Understand the NHS and private healthcare landscape and are confident working with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Can explain technical products clearly and deliver effective demonstrations and training.
- Build strong relationships and confidently influence senior decision-makers.
- Are commercially focused, organised and comfortable managing your territory independently.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and a valid passport, with flexibility for regular territory travel and occasional travel further afield.
