Are you looking for progression within a global organisation where clinical credibility still sits at the centre of the role?

You’ve built your grounding in medical device sales and you’re comfortable working closely with clinicians and hospital teams. You understand how procedures translate into territory growth, and you’re at your best when you’re supporting cases, building trust, and developing new business in a structured way.

This Territory Manager position covers the South East within a global specialist across urology, urogynaecology, colorectal, and gastroenterology. You’ll focus on new business and KPI delivery while building strong clinical relationships across your region. With a bonus structure in place and a company car scheme, it’s a role built for someone who wants recognised products, territory ownership, and a clear path forward.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Not only is our client a market leader in urology, but they’re currently in a phase of growth. They’re looking for people to help take the business further as they launch new acquisitions and take new products to market.
They’re keen to support your growth, too. They can support you with excellent salary and bonus prospects, as well as car allowance. You’ll also have ample opportunity to become an expert in your field and provide meaningful expertise to professionals out in the field.

What will your day to day look like?
  • Managing and growing sales of our clients’ products in your assigned territory
  • Delivering product demonstrations and hands-on clinical training
  • Supporting hospitals during implementation and early use of the product
  • Building strong relationships with clinicians, hospital management, and procurement
  • Attending medical conferences and regional events
  • Identifying and winning new hospital customers

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of successful medical device sales experience
  • Are comfortable in operating rooms and theatres
  • Ideally have an understanding of obstetrics
