Built for business development and looking to implement innovative methods for account management? Have previous experience within Orthopaedics? Want to work somewhere that offers you great benefits from the second you walk through the door?  If this sounds like you and you’re based in Scotland, then this Territory Manager role could be the one for you.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
From their products to their approach to hiring, this company put people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.

And as for working there?

Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.

Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills, through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!

What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about selling the orthopaedics portfolio. To get a bit more specific, you’ll be meeting your sales targets whilst supporting Orthopaedic clinical clients with technical expertise. An average day might look like:
•    Establishing demand for our clients’ range of products
•    Promoting the company at trade fairs and work visits
•    Implementing strategies to attract and retain accounts
•    Regularly speaking with surgeons and clinicians
•    Keeping up to date with what’s going on in the market
•    Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts in Scotland
•    Keeping your future work pipeline strong

This opportunity lends itself to those that are looking to bring innovative methods of business development to this territory.

This role will suit you if you…
•    Have 2+ years’ experience of territory sales
•    Have a strong track record of selling into the NHS and OEM markets
•    Understand the Orthopaedics market
•    Are great at product demos and presentations
•    Have strong negotiation skills
•    Are a strong team player, but also can work alone to achieve sales targets
•    Have a full UK driving license and are happy to travel across the territory
