What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to grow sales across an established territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting the adoption of innovative women’s health products, as well as:

Managing and developing key customer relationships across your territory

Driving sales growth across a women’s health and gynaecology product portfolio

Identifying new business opportunities and supporting continued territory growth

Providing product education, training, and support to healthcare professionals

Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and local opportunities

Working closely with clinical and commercial stakeholders to promote minimally invasive treatment options

Supporting an associate on patch where needed, sharing knowledge and helping drive activity

This role will suit you if you…

Have 3+ years’ sales experience within the medical device industry

Have experience in women’s health, gynaecology, surgical sales, or a related clinical area

Can build strong relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders

Are confident providing product education and support in a clinical setting

Have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Are self-motivated, hungry, and comfortable working independently in a remote field-based role

Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Are willing to travel across your territory as required
