What you'll be doing

This role is perfect for someone who’s experienced in sales and wants to take that next step. Your focus is growing market share of their renal/oncology portfolio, and you’ll spend a lot of your time building great clinical relationships to do just that. Here’s what an average week might look like:
 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Spotting and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Looking for places where you can upsell and expand in existing accounts
  • Conducting regular business reviews to keep an eye on performance
  • Supporting patient adoption through referral pathways
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and accurate
  • Digging into sales data to inform future activities

Success in this role looks like hitting your sales quotas and growing your business area. 


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in medical device sales
  • Have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Are familiar with selling consumables medical devices
  • Understand the structure of the NHS and the people within it
  • Can translate data into actions
  • Are able to travel regularly to client sites
