Territory Manager - Orthopaedics
UK North
You’re comfortable in theatres. You thrive off supporting cases, building trust with surgeons, and growing accounts in a way that goes beyond the transactional. You’ve built a few solid years in medical sales, and you’re ready for a role where you can take real ownership of your patch.
This Territory Manager role gives you that step forward. You’ll join a growing team, reporting into a Regional Manager and driving sales across your region with a generous package and structured development in place. It’s ideal for someone who wants responsibility now and progression ahead.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a specialist orthopaedics company that’s helping surgeons do life-changing work. For over 75 years they’ve been focused on joint replacement, with products that support hip, knee, and shoulder surgery, no matter how complex the case is. They’ve got real credibility in the market, and the business is built around helping clinicians get the best possible results for their patients.
As for working there, when they say they’re people focused they mean it. They put a huge emphasis on both wellbeing and growth, giving their people access to health and wellness support, tailored training and development, and a supportive environment designed for people to thrive.
What will your day to day look like?
This role is a combo of new business and managing/growing key accounts for an orthopaedic product portfolio. An average week might include:
- Promoting the product portfolio to current and potential customers
- Developing and executing the territory business plan

- Prepping business proposals and quotes to support sales processes
- Leading and motivating the clinical specialists for your territory
- Handling on-site demos and support during theatre procedures
- Working closely with RSMs and NSMs to develop sales strategies
- Acting as the voice of the customer within the business
Success in this role looks like delivering on and exceeding your territory sales quotas. You’ll report into the Regional Manager.
