You like sales roles where the conversations actually mean something. Building relationships with clinicians, understanding what they need, and helping them see the value of technology that can improve diagnosis and patient care. You’ve already got medical sales experience behind you, and you’re ready for a territory with more room to grow.

This Territory Manager role gives you the chance to work with innovative diagnostic technology, develop long-term clinical partnerships, and take real ownership of your region. You’ll have the freedom to spot opportunities, build momentum, and grow sales in a way that feels considered rather than transactional.

For someone entrepreneurial, commercially hungry, and confident in front of customers, this is a strong move. You’ll join a growing business, work with technology that opens up meaningful clinical conversations, and have the space to make the territory your own.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
It's not often you get chance to work with a genuinely ‘world first’ product portfolio, but you do with our client. Their mission is to alleviate the symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes for patients around the world, using truly revolutionary therapy devices. They’re headed up by real business experts and industry veterans too.

With 1.4 million people in the US alone diagnosed with diabetes each year, the work they’re doing is hugely important in making people’s lives better. And as a start-up this is a great opportunity to create your own business unit whilst representing a truly groundbreaking product.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll take ownership of sales activity across the North UK, building relationships with healthcare customers and supporting the adoption of a non-surgical device therapy for type 2 diabetes and obesity.
  • Manage sales activity across your designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customer contacts
  • Develop territory plans and sales strategies to support growth
  • Identify new opportunities and grow awareness across target accounts
  • Deliver training sessions to customers and clinical teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
  • Work towards sales targets and track progress against territory goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance
  • Keep customer records, activity and pipeline information up to date
  • Manage your diary, travel and customer visits effectively

You’ll play an important role in growing the territory, supporting customer confidence and helping more healthcare teams understand the value of this specialist device therapy.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have proven sales experience, ideally within medical devices
  • Are confident building relationships with healthcare customers
  • Communicate clearly and provide strong customer service
  • Enjoy delivering training and helping others build confidence
  • Are organised and able to manage a busy field-based territory
  • Can work independently while still collaborating with a wider team
  • Are motivated by sales targets and territory growth
  • Have strong time management skills
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Are based in, or able to cover, the North UK

Experience in medical devices, endoscopy, bariatrics, diabetes, obesity or related therapy areas would be useful.
