Territory Manager - Midlands & South West
UK Central
You enjoy the challenge of building a successful sales territory. Getting out with customers, spotting new opportunities, and seeing your hard work turn into results. You've already developed your sales experience, and now you want more ownership of your region and the freedom to make a real impact.
As a Territory Manager, you'll focus on growing medical device sales across your area, developing existing accounts while opening doors to new customers. You'll use your commercial drive and relationship-building skills to understand customer needs, create opportunities, and build a territory that delivers consistent growth.
If you're self-motivated, ambitious, and enjoy taking the initiative, this could be a great next move. Whether you're already working in healthcare sales or looking to bring your experience into medical devices, you'll have the opportunity to build specialist knowledge, take responsibility for your results, and work towards future progression within the business.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Ready to work for a company producing equipment that is genuinely crucial to the protection of hospital staff around the world? Combining relationship management with new business development, you’ll help healthcare professionals access high-quality protection solutions while building long-term customer partnerships.

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual customer meetings, delivering product demonstrations and coordinating trials.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable radiation protection products and accessories.
- Manage enquiries, follow up on leads and support tender submissions to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams across pricing, logistics and customer support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales performance and provide regular pipeline reports.
- Travel throughout your territory to visit hospital sites, attend customer meetings and participate in industry events.
This role will suit you if you…

- Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Are commercially minded, proactive and motivated by identifying opportunities to grow your territory.
- Can manage your workload independently, prioritise customer opportunities and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Are comfortable using CRM systems and standard business software to track activity and report on performance.
- Enjoy working remotely and are happy to travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.
- Have previous experience selling into NHS trusts or navigating healthcare procurement processes, which would be advantageous.
