You know surgical sales and you know neuro. Supporting cases, building credibility with clinicians, and growing relationships across your territory comes naturally to you. You’ve already built solid experience and you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of a patch that really matters.

What matters now is balance and support. A territory with real opportunity, products clinicians genuinely trust, and an environment where you’re backed to succeed. You want the autonomy to run your region properly while having the support around you to keep growing.

This Territory Manager opportunity sits within a family-owned global medical device organisation where relationships and long-term thinking still matter. You’ll take over an important, established territory with responsibility for driving continued growth and strengthening clinical partnerships. With progression, a respected product portfolio, and a supportive culture behind you, there’s plenty of room here to make the territory your own and build on its success.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

From their products to their approach to hiring, this company put people first. Properly human-centric, their portfolio ranges from infusion devices to surgical instruments and more. The thing that connects them? Over a century of caring about the health of people around the world and a passion for making medical tech smarter and better.

Well, they’ve covered all bases when it comes to benefits. From the big stuff, like life assurance, healthcare coverage (including private medical and an EAP scheme) and a generous pension scheme, to the ‘nice-to-haves’ like enhanced annual leave and a swanky EV/hybrid company car, their benefits package is designed to make your work and home life better.

Plus, if career development is what you’re into, they’re well known for supporting their people to develop their knowledge and skills, through a personalised development plan. Plenty of room to grow here!
