What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be helping the product and development teams to build digital passports through the lens of sustainability. This is perfect for someone who loves data and technology, but wants to be involved in something that’s properly meaningful. Your day-to-day might look a little like this:  

• Collecting and validating data (at product and building level) 
• Translating industry needs/regulations into product requirements 
• Working with the product team to shape tech development 
• Staying on top of trends and best practice 
• Keeping ahead of any benchmark or regulation changes 
• Being a champion for sustainability in construction  

You’ll be joining the team at an early stage, so you’ll be working directly with the founders of the business to really shape the future of the product and the growth of the business. This role will suit you if you… 

• Have a background in the AEC or built environment industries 
• Have worked in building/construction sustainability for at least 2 years 
• Are familiar with carbon, circularity and sustainability reporting 
• Understand green building certifications like BREEAM, WELL and LEED 
• Are comfortable working with data 
• Have experience in some client-facing work 
• Love getting stuck in and are happy in a start-up environment  
• Are able to work in London 2-3 days a week
