Strategic Account Manager
US North
$125,000
You've built strong enterprise customer relationships before, and you know the real opportunity starts after the deal is signed. Helping customers grow, uncovering new opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner is what keeps the role interesting.
As Strategic Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key manufacturing customers, helping them maximise the value of their software while identifying opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen each partnership. It's a role that combines commercial thinking with long-term relationship building, giving you the autonomy to shape account strategy and influence customer success.
If you enjoy working with senior stakeholders, solving complex business challenges, and growing strategic accounts over time, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact within a fast-growing digital manufacturing business.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client builds tech that helps organisations keep their people safe, healthy and properly supported at work. Their software brings together everything from workplace health and safety to training, compliance and employee records, helping businesses in high-risk industries spend less time on admin and more time looking after their people.
Speaking of looking after their people, that's exactly what this company does too. You'll join a rapidly growing team that's full of the best and brightest people in the industry, perfect for someone wanting to make a real impact and grow their career at the same time.
