We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with high energy and a proven track record of enterprise-level technology solution selling to join the team in Germany.

We've partnered with a software vendor that always has exciting collaborative projects on the go, whether for the manufacturing, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries. The role 
This role is an integral part of the sales organisation. You will manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to contract negotiations. You will lead the execution of a defined sales process to discover and define target account needs and map those to our client’s product offerings. 
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Uncover new opportunities 
  • Define sales strategies 
  • Execute customer-centric meetings and product demonstrations 
  • Develop high-impact proposals 
  • Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets 
  • Manage and document sales pipeline 
  • Work collaboratively with team members  

The requirements 

5+ years of sales experience (inside or outside sales), as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Previous sales experience in a SaaS or Cloud software environment  
  • Ideally experience selling into Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging, Supply Chain, Brand Protection Solutions 
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team 
  • Success in the sales lifecycle 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Excels in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment  
  • Fluent in German and English
