What will your day to day look like? 

Success in this role is all about exceeding your sales quotas and helping the business to grow. What might this look like on a day-to-day basis? Here’s a selection of things you’ll be doing: 
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across construction, real estate and asset owner 
  • Executing sales strategies to grow key accounts (Land and Expand) 
  • Building strong relationships with developers, asset managers, and project stakeholders  
  • Delivering tailored solutions based on client needs and industry challenges  
  • Supporting lead generation initiatives alongside marketing  
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance  
This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have 5+ years’ business development or sales experience 
  • Understand the construction or real estate industries 
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets  
  • Understand industry processes, technologies, and regulations  
  • Are an excellent communicator and negotiator  
  • Are able to build and maintain strong client relationships  
  • Would describe yourself as self-motivated and commercial
