What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be the technical bridge between our client’s commercial teams and its construction and real estate clients. 

• Scoping and designing system deployments 

• Creating technical drawings and specifications 

• Presenting and explaining technical solutions to clients in pre-sales discussions 

• Conducting site visits and engineering surveys 

• Supporting business development in the UK and European markets

This role will suit you if you…

• Have a degree in Building Services, MEP, Civil or Environmental Engineering 
• Ideally have a focus on water systems 
• Have worked in an aligned industry for at least 4 years 
• Can get your head around construction drawings, MEP plans and plumbing schematics 
• Understand UK building regulations and BS standards 
• Can translate technical ideas into presentations for customers 
• Can travel to the London office from time to time 

There are a few things that would be a bonus too, like being a CIBSE member, having a plumbing/water management background, and being familiar with BIM tools, but these aren’t deal-breakers.
