What will your day-to-day look like?
This role is all about supporting the sales and solution engineering teams by helping to translate technical features into real business value. You won’t be expected to have all the answers yet but you’ll be learning fast, working with experienced mentors, and getting hands-on with customers.
Your typical day might include:
- Supporting Account Executives during discovery calls to unpack customer challenges
- Running tailored platform demos that showcase how the IMS can solve real problems
- Mapping customer requirements to product capabilities and shaping high-impact use cases
- Collaborating with partners to design practical solutions for the platform
- Scoping proof-of-value projects that highlight the benefits of a full implementation
- Creating reusable content like case studies, demo scripts, and best-practice guides
- Provide feedback to the product team and share results of your discovery with go to market functions
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to bring significant product improvements
This role will suit you if you...
Have 3+ years of experience in a B2B tech, SaaS, or consulting environment
Have a general understanding of Asset Integrity Management software in asset-intensive industries
Hold expertise in the asset integrity market is a major plus, particularly in Asset Reliability and Asset Safety
Are a strong communicator and are confident speaking with customers
Can identify customer ‘pain’ and build solutions that creates wins for customers
Strong writing and documentation skills
Are based in Europe and comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
