Senior Solution Architect - MES

As Senior Solution Architect, you’ll work with cloud-based technology that streamlines manufacturing processes. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, apply your technical knowledge to solve complex challenges, and see the tangible results of your work on customer operations.

What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be the technical authority and strategic interface between sales, clients, delivery teams and technology partners. An average day may look like: 

• Translating business and operational challenges into solutions  

• Leading client workshops, business process mapping and solution scoping sessions  

• Presenting technical architectures and business value to stakeholders  

• Responding to RFPs, RFIs and client technical inquiries  

• Designing saleable MES, TSMS, QMS, IoT and operational intelligence solutions  

• Mentoring junior architects and delivery team members  

• Providing client feedback and communicating market needs 

• Developing technical assets (use cases, deployment patterns, reference architectures)  

This role will suit you if you… 

• Have at least 8 years’ experience working with industrial software, MES, or manufacturing automation systems 

• Are degree educated in Engineering, Computer Science or similar 

• Understand manufacturing operations 

• Know a thing or two about batch/discrete/continuous manufacturing models 

• Are familiar with no-code and low-code platforms 

• Understand PLCs and OPC UA, APIs and system integrations 

• Are willing to travel up to 30% of the time to client sites and events across the US
