What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be driving revenue growth and increasing market share in Southern Germany, setting and executing the strategy for the region. Here’s just some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing your own sales strategies
- Identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
- Engaging in market and lead-generation activities
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract finalisation
- Building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborating to align solutions with customer needs
- Forecasting sales and keeping your pipeline updated
Success in this role looks like delivering on your revenue targets and growing market share for the business.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 5+ years' experience in B2B software or ERP sales
- Have worked in the manufacturing mid-market space
- Are an experienced sales leader, leading teams of 5+ salespeople
- Like to work in an agile fast paced environment
- Have a great understanding of digital transformation and process optimisation
- Know how to run a consultative, value-based sales process
- Are fluent in English and German
- Can travel regularly across the region
