This Senior Key Account Manager role is a rare opportunity to take ownership of France for a growing PE-backed medical device business at an exciting stage. The business is now building its commercial presence and creating one of its first dedicated roles in the market. Reporting into the International Sales Director, you’ll lead national account development, KOL engagement, clinical adoption, and market expansion efforts across France. As the business grows, this person will build a team and help define what the French operation becomes.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be responsible for leading commercial activity across France and establishing large contracts. An average day may look like: 
  • Building relationships with clinicians, KOLs, providers, and key healthcare stakeholders across France 
  • Driving sales activity nationally, with a focus on opening doors and building long-term account frameworks 
  • Identifying new opportunities and developing large contracts with French healthcare providers 
  • Creating the commercial structure needed to grow our client’s presence in France 
  • Working closely with the International Sales Director to shape the French go-to-market strategy 
  • Acting as one of the first commercial hires in France, with the autonomy to build the territory from the ground up 
  • Travelling extensively across France to meet customers, clinical teams, and decision-makers 


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have 5+ years’ experience selling medical devices across vascular access, dialysis, oncology, or a similar clinical area 
  • Understand how to build clinical influence and drive adoption with healthcare providers 
  • Can manage a national territory independently and create structure where there isn’t one already 
  • Are proactive, strategic, and comfortable building a market rather than inheriting an established patch 
  • Have strong account management and sales planning skills 
  • Are a high performer who enjoys autonomy and accountability 
  • Speak fluent French and English 
  • Are happy to travel extensively across France 
  • Are ideally based in Paris or Lyon, or within reach of key French healthcare hubs
