What will your day to day look like? 

You will own the full indirect sales lifecycle, from onboarding partners to managing performance, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth. An average day may include: 

  • Executing the EMEA distributor strategy 

  • Identifying and evaluating high-quality distributor partners 

  • Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing and margin structures 

  • Owning distributor onboarding, training, and launch plans 

  • Defining performance metrics and joint business plans 

  • Collaborating with internal teams to enable distributor success 

  • Providing feedback to improve marketing 

  • Ensuring distributors are compliant with regulatory standards 

  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and performance dashboards 

  • Identifying and mitigating commercial, operational, and regulatory risks  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have experience in international sales, export management or indirect distributor channel within healthcare related products  

  • Can drive revenue growth through indirect models across international markets 

  • Have a degree in business or life sciences 

  • Can negotiate complex distributor agreements 

  • Are confident operating across cultures
