What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be working incredibly closely with the sales team to help everything sales run smoothly. Whether it’s giving them commercial insight, negotiating with customers, or helping set up pricing strategies, accuracy is your ultimate goal. Your day to day might look a bit like this: 
 
  • Leading on tender, frameworks and quotation prep 
  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies 
  • Inputting into pipeline management 
  • Complying with contractual and commercial regulations 
  • Mentoring and coaching junior sales team members 
  • Helping the sales department to hit their KPIs 


This role will suit you if you… 
 
  • Have a strong track record in sales coordination or quotation management 
  • Have experience in the healthcare or fire industry
  • Are great at negotiating 
  • Think commercially 
  • Are detail orientated and always striving for accuracy 
  • Can manage strategic or framework-level accounts 
  • Know how to use CRM and quotation tools
